Floral Designer/Installer: On-site, wedding day-of assistance with weddings and events for luxury silk florals. Must be able to work with silk florals and have an eye for design. On site event work setting up, moving, and refining wedding florals, work requires lifting (25+ pounds +), very reliable transportation and being flexible with a dedicated, customer-service focus (because it’s someone’s wedding day!). We are looking for team players who want to be part of a fast-growing and fun company. Part-time/weekend/evening work with significant growth opportunity. ($25-$30 hour) Both DMV and NJ Shore (Southern) Openings.
DMV Operations Manager: This role will be the lead person in the DMV managing all top-level tasks for weddings and events for our silk floral rental company. Day to day will vary from managing inventory, logistics and customer service. Tremendous growth opportunity with a fast-moving and rapidly growing company. Excellent communication, organization and design skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-changing situations, manage people and inventory. Opportunity for profit sharing. Approximately 20 hours a week, remotel with some on-site work required on weekends and evenings. (Commiserate with experience)
Delivery/Pick Up Personnel: Weekend delivery and pick up positiosn. Weekends from (2-4PM) in DMV, returning at 9-11PM. Generous set rate, delivery vehicle provided but clean driving record necessary. Looking for team members that are interested in being an integral part of our growing company. (Nightly fee: $150-250, varies by location)
Summer Intern (June 15-August 15th) approximately 10 hours a week. Flexible, remote work with extra hours for installation if interested. Marketing assistance including lead management, relationship management, CRM set up and maintenance, light social media help. Must be college junior with interest in marketing and event industry, based in the DMV or NJ shore, or willing to travel.
